Dave Roseman President and CEO
Dave Roseman has over 20 years of technological and business experience. He is also the founder of www.trigonmicro.com a leading Israeli importer and distributor of industrial equipment for semiconductor, microelectronics and precision optics industry. Prior to Trigon, he was an Industrial Division Manager in the Colmobil Group, managing business development activities with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and SKF in Israel. Before that he was a Marketing Product Manager at the California Silicon Valley offices of Kulicke & Soffa, a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Dave Roseman holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Sylwia Goldsmth
Sylwia Goldsmith graduated from Geneva University in Switzerland with a master in Mathematics and Physics, and completed her doctoral degree in Zurich, where she taught as an assistant in the Math department. Sylwia left "academia" to form her own company, consulting to numerous global pharmaceutical companies to coordinate worldwide clinical studies and develop biometric routines. She traveled extensively on behalf of her clients to give work shops and seminars. During this period the also started a fiduciary company mainly involved in portfolio management, merger and acquisitions and IPOs. She served as board member and company director as well as financial comptroller to several Swiss and international companies.
Rafi Koriat
Rafi Koriat has extensive experience as CEO, Board member and Chairman in the fields of semiconductor assembly and processing equipment, optical components for communication networks and other emerging technology fields. Prior to his present position as Founder and CEO of Korel Business Ltd., a company specializing in strategic positioning and management of high tech companies, Rafi was President and CEO of Lambda Crossing for five years, a company engaged in the optical components for communication networks. He spent ten years as the Founder and CEO of Steag CVD System Ltd. and its subsidiary, Steag CVD Inc. in San Jose, California. Prior to that, Rafi was with Kulicke and Soffa Industries Inc. for twenty years, and served in the US as Corporate VP of Engineering and Technology, Corporate Director of Business & Marketing and Division Manager of the Business units.
In addition to his present role, Rafi is also the founder and chairman of the Sub Micron Semiconductor Consortium and OptiPac Consortium (Optical Packaging for communication networks), under the Chief Scientist Magnet program. Rafi holds a B.Sc. from the Technion, Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel, M.Sc. from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and completed an Executive Management Program at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California.
Ady Jakubovitz
Mr. Jakubovitz has extensive technological and business experience. Mr. Jakubovitz served in the last 24 years in various senior executive sales and marketing positions in global hi-tech companies (Compaq, HP, Matrix). He is currently leading his own investment group JT Holdings Ltd., and is a board member in several technological companies and start-ups. Mr. Jakubovitz is also a co-founder of iMER Ltd. a global player in the medical services market (www.imer.biz). Ady Jakubovitz holds a BSc. in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Shmuel Merdler
Mr. Merdler is a specialist in the ERP arena and has more than 20 years of professional experience. Mr. Merdler served as Vice President of Intentia Israel, the representative of Intentia International (the forth largest ERP vendor in the world). Prior to that, Mr. Merdler started an ERP software company and managed his own company for 15 years. Currently Mr. Merdler manages the http://erp.org.il activities, which is the first professional ERP web site in Israel. He is involved in consulting and lecturing. Mr. Merdler holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv university and a M.Sc in Computer Information Systems from Benley, Boston USA.
